Judicial Reforms: Need to change

Also to increase its efficiency, procedural changes need to be adopted. Some suggestive changes that can be implemented are:

1. Working and appointment of judges –

   The judges should be appointed on a priority basis, depending upon a load of different courts. The appointments should be made in such a way that a higher judge of the population could be maintained which is grossly inadequate as of now.

   Also, judges in India work for significantly more number of days than their Americans and European counterpart so to reduce their workload judges could be appointed on a rotational basis to increase their efficiency.
