What is the point of this endless constitutional fight over the authority of Delhi which is a half state or even a union territory? Well, it will only be clear once the verdict is out and has stated that we cannot forget about the last verdict given by the Delhi High Court that “LG is the real boss and the power lies with him “. Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi State government definitely there is no way out for them through court because the constitution can be amended through the Parliament only, especially in this dispute.

On the other hand after being scolded by the National Green Tribunal on Smog problem  and later dropping the odd-even plan because they knew they were not ready and it would have turn out to be debacle But the focus is on fighting the full state status instead of saving the people and providing them with clean air which sadly is on the list of priorities for the AAP government which talks of the common man !
