Yes Bank’s Rana Kapoor to confront the Mumbai Court

Mumbai: ED stretches the Rana Kapoor case, as further investigation probes into the money laundering case of Kapoor’s Yes Bank in connection with DHFL ( Dewan Housing Finance Ltd.) worth Rs. 4300 crores. There was a search warrant in the Mumbai Apartment owned by Rana Kapoor.

Kapoor Family Background

Reports say that Kapoor had several hours of questioning along with wife Bindu at the ED’s Ballard Pier Office. The search warrant to investigate the residences of the three daughters was also instructed. Kapoor, 62 years old, has been under the CBI surveillance for a long tenure. Kapoor has been the former founder, MD & CEO of Yes Bank, the former president of ASSOCHAM as well. The Kapoor family is known for its strategic business plans that worked and Kapoor and his Wife Bindu Kapoor have three daughters named – Roshini, Radha and Rakhee.
