The Age of Post-Truth Politics
After which many other federal states proposed this bill and few passed them with consideration of the abortion of babies as a crime bearing murder charges. The law proposes to punish both the mother as well as the medical practitioner if the mother has an abortion done. The people and legislators mainly associated with Right-Wing Ideology supported the bill as a Pro-life stance.
While those who opposed this bill declared themselves to be Pro-choice. Due to widespread backlash from Pro-choice activists against the bill which was later passed into law was send to the Court for the ultimate decision on its legitimacy whose final verdict will come this year only. Though, many subject experts say that the court will give its judgment in support of the bill or the law, as the appointed judge is Right-leaning and had himself been an advocate for Pro-life stance.
