2. Get those Home Workouts done by a crispy morning Ritual
Before watching the news tomorrow morning, you can switch on the exercise channel and do a 30 minutes treadmill if you have at home ( which you are lately using as a cloth hanger). You can also do the freehand aerobics and warm up to minimize the mental stress and anxiety and at the same time keeping your physical health fit and fine.
3. Have a light diet and drink lots of water
The diet with biriyani and quarantine snacks you buckled up from the grocery stores is not the exquisite nutrition you need right now. Take a dab of fresh air and take that salad and fruit juice seriously. If you are an Indian Cuisine fan, the best food right now that cannot make you fat even if you want is rice – lentils with veggies combo.
You can eat this every day without any worries and see your diet making you healthy. The non-vegetarian can go for baked chicken and boiled veggies combo as well.
