Government fast-tracked strategies planning to woo Foreign Investments – Here’s what acceptable and what’s not

Many world governments are now looking the ways for incentivising their companies to shift their manufacturing unit from China. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had prepared an economic stimulus package worth more than $2 billion for this purpose. While Trump is also putting pressure on American companies to shift their manufacturing unit out of China.

Many foreign companies who had outsourced their manufacturing to China for low labour cost are also rethinking and planning to shift their manufacturing from China to other South Asian Countries.

Not for political reasons but for the reason that they have suffered huge losses as the undemocratic handling of Coronavirus Spread and subsequent Lockdown in China had halted their manufacturing process for a protracted time and disrupted their supply chains across the globe. They have learned their lessons and now they are preparing to reduce their dependence on China.
